Starting a "When They Cry" fan site
I recently became interested in watching this Animé. Unfortunately for me, Geneon has only partially published this series before terminating or stopping the series from being translated. As a result, I could only get volumes 1 & 3. (Oh, I had to buy a "used" disk and expect to get volume 2 soon, but cost me over 2 times MSRP).
Breif about me
I am a 30 year old male, interested in Animé and technology.Personality: Intellectual, polite, conservative (but align self more towards Democrat party in US), respect other people's opinions, over-bearing? Work Experience
Well, I've started working as a PHP/MySQL programmer a little after Thanksgiving 2004. Mostly working with a Linux server environment, I've had to deal with issues like improving the authentication system, creating an online spreadsheet "app", improving the authentication to include permissions related to positions within departments. automating most of the rebates section, updating customer service, online product listing, and a lot of other things too. All this was done in my first 6 months of employment. Some of my projects, like the product listing, a business contact listing, didn't work out well.
| Current place of employment will lay me off Been over a year since I started working at my current place of employment. We've moved from to a larger facility and have doubled our staff! Sadly, for me, my shopping cart feature for our clients has not taken off. The prices are not fresh enough for our clients and the mark up, frankly, stinks. |
Is there another person going by "sillymoogle" on the Internet? I did a name search on my screen name recently, with and without the underscore, and found on several communities, there is another person. She is a young teenager, and I don't think she's impersonating my online identity. I've been around longer (I think) but oh well. This is why I added the "Brief about me" segment. |
| Feeling VERY depressed Do I still have the skills I need to get a job? I feel like I'm so rusty from coding, that I may have a real problem. This is all because of the busy work I did for my recent employer (#2, I'm still keeping track). Nothing I did anymore was pleasing him anyways. Am I a failure? I feel worthless. I guess I have one thing I should be happy about... now I could have more opportunities to meet potential dates than just when I have Jury Duty... (yeah, like that's a great plan...) |
Rhiannon's World story Project BEGINS After delays, and a revision, the posting of my Sci-Fi novel development is being posted on the Internet. Although Gammanesti's profie is posted, it will give a good idea of what I plan for the seires. The original Gammanesti was conceptualized back in High School, for a different story project I labeled "Biotech"...Gamma was an elf from a painting of Larry Elmore. Now the newer version is visually based on a Renga Manga character... but that's where the similarities end. |
